The VIRA D-SK 1000 is a new-generation level alarm system developed for steam boiler applications. It provides high and low water-level warning and indication functions, helping operators monitor abnormal water-level conditions and take timely action.
Warning and Indication Functions
D-SK 1000 is designed for level alarm, warning and indication functions. When the defined high or low water-level points are reached, the system provides the required alarm indication to support operator awareness and intervention.
Conductivity-Type Level Detection
The system uses the SD 1200 conductivity-type level probe to detect high and low water levels in the boiler. The probe works together with the D-SK 1200 controller to provide level alarm signals for steam boiler applications.
Controller Design and Installation Options
The D-SK 1200 controller operates with a 24VDC supply and is available in DIN-rail and panel-mount versions. Its modern design supports flexible integration into boiler control panels and new equipment designs.
Clear Indication and Operator Functions
A 7-segment display provides clear local status indication. Test and reset buttons support operator checks and controlled intervention. The configurable latching function allows the alarm response to be adapted to the requirements of the application.
