Separators

The ViraVent air separator units are installed to efficiently remove air and micro bubbles from the system. In heating systems, an air separator should be installed in the flow loop where the system experiences the highest temperature (next to the heat source) and lowest pressure.

ViraClean Dirt Separators are designed to remove impurities and particles. These units should always be installed in systems before equipment that requires protection from dirt and sludge, such as boilers, chillers, control valves and pumps.

ViraPlus combined dirt and air separators can be used instead of individual deaerators and dirt separators. These combined units are very efficient and extremely cost effective, becoming the preferred standard option throughout the industry.

The ViraFix combines the benefits of a deaerator, a dirt separator and a hydraulic balancing tank in one unit. This can be used instead of an individual deaerator and dirt separator, incorporating the added advantage of creating a perfect hydraulic balance between the primary and secondary circuits.

Virabalance hydraulic Balance tanks are compact economical units that allow fast and efficient installation of primary/secondary piping for many different boilers. When more then one boiler is used at primary loop, more then one pump will run and create abnormal variations in circuit flow rates and pressures.

The dirt separator separates off the impurities, which are mainly made up of sand and rust particles, circulating within the system closed circuits. The impurities are collected in a large collection chamber, that requires low frequency cleaning procedures, from which they can be removed even while the system is in operat

Intended for minimization of heat losses from Vira Separators and prevention of potential job accidents within the area of operation. They are the most commonly used jacket type with the shortest depreciation period. The ViraJAC insulation jackets are fully removable and available to use in heating and cooling systems.

The chemical dosing pots consist of a stainless steel vessel with inlet (return) and outlet (flow) valves, a drain valve and a filling valve. A steel tundish, air release valve, wall mounting brackets and a non-return valve.

V-FORCE magnetic separators are designed to most effectivelyseparate circulating magnetic particles in heating and coolingsystems. Thanks to the strong magnets inside, the magneticparticles circulating with the water will be caught in the magneticfield created in the V-FORCE and will be prevented fromcirculating in the system
