VIRA D-SK 2000 is a new-generation on-off level control and alarm system for steam boilers. The system controls the feedwater pump according to boiler-water level and provides high and low level alarm functions for reliable boiler operation.
Conductivity-Type Level Measurement
The system uses the SD 2400 conductivity-type level probe to detect defined boiler-water levels. The controller starts the feedwater pump at the low level and stops it when the required high level is reached, supporting controlled boiler-water management.
Modern Controller Design
The D-SK 2400 controller operates with a 24VDC supply and is available in DIN-rail and panel-mount versions. Its modern design supports flexible integration into boiler control panels and new equipment designs.
Clear Indication and Operator Functions
A 7-segment display provides clear local status indication. Dedicated test and reset buttons support operator checks and controlled intervention, while the automatic latching function supports the required alarm response during operation.
