VIRA SK 3000-2 is a modulating level control and alarm system for steam boilers. The system includes the SK 3400 panel-mounted controller, SD 3400 capacitive level probe and SKV 3400 2-way proportional feedwater control valve.
Proportional Feedwater Control
The SK 3400 controller provides 3-step control for the proportional feedwater valve. Valve position information can be obtained through potentiometer feedback, supporting clear monitoring of valve opening during operation.
LCD Display and Adjustment Functions
The panel-mounted SK 3400 controller features an LCD display for clear operating information. Probe calibration, valve calibration and modulation band adjustment functions support setup according to the requirements of the application.
High and Low Level Alarms
The system provides high and low water level alarm functions to support the monitoring of critical boiler water level conditions.
Project-Specific Probe and Valve Selection
The SD 3400 capacitive probe can be manufactured to the project-specific required length. The SKV 3400 2-way proportional feedwater control valve is available in PN 16, PN 25 and PN 40 pressure classes and is selected according to project requirements.
Panel-Mounted Installation
The SK 3400 controller is designed for panel mounting, supporting integration into boiler control panel applications.
