VIRA Boiler-Type Magnetic Level Gauge provides continuous, direct visual indication of liquid level in steam boilers, pressure vessels and industrial process applications. Its bypass chamber is connected to the vessel, allowing the level inside the chamber to follow the actual liquid level in the equipment.
Magnetic Float Operating Principle
A magnetic float moves inside the sealed bypass chamber as the liquid level rises or falls. The magnetic movement is transferred to an external visual indicator, providing clear local level indication without direct contact between the process fluid and the external indication system.
Switch and 4–20 mA Output Options
In addition to visual indication, the magnetic level gauge can be configured with monostable or bistable level switches for point-level signalling and control functions. It can also be supplied with a 4–20 mA continuous level output for connection to PLC, DCS, BMS or other automation systems.
